Application:

To Raise height of the of the Hand Operated IV Stand, turn the Knob to the Left/ Counter Clockwise with one hand to loosen it. Grasping the Upper IV pole with the other hand, raise the stand to the desired height, then turn the Knob to the Right/ Clockwise to tighten it
